You could choose all or any combination of services and we would develop a package to suit your requirements. We also realize that medical history and clinical picture of all patients are different. Therefore, we suggest that you send your query to us along with preferred location (if any) and time frame expected for the service. We would build a package for you along with a price range. You could indicate the price range to finalize the package. The common components of package include: travel arrangements between your country, to country of treatment (currently India); Pickup from airport; Admission to the hospital and/or hotel; Hotel stay for companion(s); Initial investigations (if required); arranging for tourism package(s).

Admission & Treatment
Kindly note that we are a facilitator for the medical or health related service you are seeking. The agreement for treatment for your disease would be between you and the hospital (facility). Any disagreement arising from treatment or expected outcome would have to be settled directly with the hospital (facility).

The hospital reserves the right to refuse the admission of a patient for any reason.

Payment for the package should be made in advance using most credit / debit cards or bank transfer. Costs incurred that are not included in the package price will be charged at the hospital's standard rates.

Package normally excludes convalescence and treatment provided after your consultant has advised that you are fit for discharge. The decision as to whether you are fit for discharge rests with your Consultant. Should you wish to stay in hospital after you have been declared fit for discharge, the hospital's standard charges will apply and will be invoiced separately. If you discharge yourself against the advice of your consultant no further services will be provided as part of the package. No refund will be given if you leave the hospital earlier than expected.
We can arrange for required facilities during convalescence, if you choose to stay in the country of treatment. Arrangements can be made in the city of treatment or at a tourist spot chosen by you (subject to post-surgical follow-up requirements and clearance by the attending physician).
